I embroider stories in Tea, sew used Tea Bags together as an array of patches, on which I work in mixed technics combining Embroidery, Painting and Sketching.

 

I dismantle, empty, unpick and reassemble, in an endless move of small connections, patient and delicate . . . women’s craft work, ancient feminine language.

 

This is my way to bring to life old material, connecting details to a whole . . . embroider my life path . . . give birth and create my new and contemporary creation . . . like the spider grandmother, the great mother, that weaves and amends the cobweb of the universe . . .
